What a ride it’s been! Around 3-4 weeks out, we started experiencing some bumps in the road, but you pushed through and came out with the GOLD, A HUGE LIFETIME PR, and 4 STATE RECORDS 💪🏾

This is just the beginning! Grateful for the opportunity to travel out to Washington to coach such a great athlete! 💥

Finally got to see a powerlifting meet entirely from a coaches point of view! 🔥

Great job ! Gold medal, 9 for 9, and PR’s across the board! We came into this meet with a plan, stuck to it, and you qualified for Nationals! We got about 5 months, let’s get to work! 👏🏾

Shoutout to all the coaches I look up to and reach out to for advice. Happy to say I’ve officially coached an athlete in a meet and I’m excited to grow as I take on more 🙌🏾

Still can’t believe I’m graduating from college tomorrow! At one point when I was a teenage, I wasn’t sure I was even gonna graduate high school. To see myself where I’m at today, with the job I’ve dreamt of, a brand I’ve built, and now a COLLEGE DEGREE, I can’t help but be grateful 🙌🏾🎓

A little over 3 years ago, we went on our first date, while we both worked in the admissions office. You were in the dorms and I was in my parents house… Fast forward to today, we’re blessed to be in a house of our own, with some big people jobs, and even a puppy! Through all the curveballs life throws at us, we remained faithful and always remembered that God’s got us! 🙏🏾

Times got rough here and there, but I’m happy to look at where we are today and know that this is somewhere that we dreamt of being. I love living this life with you, ❤️

Was blessed to finally host a housewarming party and show off our complete home, and our Kona, to our families 🙌🏾
