🤸 DID YOU KNOW ACRO HAS A BLOCKS COMPETITION?

Acro isn’t only about partnerships! Athletes can also compete individually in Blocks, where they perform a series of hand-balancing and handstand skills on two canes or blocks.

Different levels feature different skills and progressions, challenging athletes to build incredible:

✨ Balance & control
✨ Handstand technique
✨ Strength & stability
✨ Body awareness
✨ Confidence upside down

Blocks are especially valuable for tops, helping develop the balance and control they need in partner skills — but they’re also a great way for bases to build additional individual skills, strength, and versatility.

In just 3 years as a team (and 2 years as a gym), we’ve already experienced so many unforgettable moments—from first skills and first partnerships, to team titles, NATIONAL CHAMPIONS, and USA Gymnastics Coach of the Year.
