SELAH nació de una idea muy simple: que lo que comemos también tenga un propósito. 🤍

Como coach y atleta, para mí no se trata solamente de que algo se vea bonito o sepa rico. Quiero que también te ayude a nutrir tu cuerpo, darte energía y sentirte bien con lo que eliges comer.

Por eso cada bowl se prepara fresco, sobre pedido y con ingredientes reales. ✨
