Master the flow. Quick stick work session focusing on speed and spatial awareness. The garage might be small, but the training is big. Tell me, what's your favorite drill to warm up with?

When we talk about martial arts we often talk about structure, whether it be anatomical as in a stance or proper ex*****on of a technique. Or in movement dynamically or otherwise through motion. We explore body mechanics through practice and explore structural integrity such as when to be pliable when to be strong, went to give yield and when to push or exert the proper amount of force. I'm applying this as a principal of martial science but also as a life skill. So we can also look at this as a life strategy. We contemplate the structure of our life and how we have things lined up, what things are importance at any time and how the can aligned for better results. when facing a challenge we can learn to yield we needed, learn to be strong if deemed necessary or when to be pliable or to receive and also to exert force when needed. This is just a peek into how we approach our martial science. As within, as without. This is the way of the Makoto Kinjo Ryu.
