Simple as that.
Never has been about running, and never will be. We will always continue to focus on people. Everyone and anyone will always be welcome and we will continue to be a safe third space for people to show up unapologetically themselves. Run, walk, hang, we don’t give a s**t just come and build with us.

101 degrees last week and there is never a better time to turn it up a notch. Inset a post-run sprint. Winner takes home new shoes.
Show up, or hear about it later.
It’s the weeks you take off, the weeks you say it’s too hot, you don’t feel like it, or will you next week. Stay home, miss out. It’s that simple.
Top male and female each walked out with new pairs from The Inside Track.
That’s the entire point.

Ice cream sealed the deal…
First Tuesday of every month is the girls only run. Two to four miles, no pressure, no entry fee. Just women showing up for other women.
This month it ended in with Splits and Giggles. Next month we’ll see.
First Tuesday of every month. Come find your people.

There’s a version of a long weekend that’s rest and a version that’s motion.
With a day in NYC get outside.
Long weekend, Long run, Long train home.
Replenish what you lost.

Just be ALL IN.
101 Degrees people came to run, walk, or just torture others with the water guns and balloons we had keeping everyone cool. Post run we had our first impromptu foot race, which crowned a male and female winner taking home new shoes from our friends at The Inside Track
If you missed it… maybe we will do it again. Maybe not.

The point is to crowd surf in places that were never meant to have crowd surfers.
Live a little. Push the boundaries. Do the s**t you believe in. Get out of the bulls**t box you think you’re supposed to fit in.
There is more than one way to find fulfillment in this life. There is more than one way to be alive in it.
Just be you. Just show up. Then keep coming.
