But it is bittersweet as our thoughts and prayers are for Southern Colorado... my home, my relatives, my Ancestors land is under smoke and fire... we pray for rain, for the wind to stop and for all to be safe.

Life is fragile and unpredictable but this is when community shows up and takes care of each other!!

Holding space for all those effected. Our hearts are with you... and we are here however we can help!!

If you feel like you've hit a brick wall, surrender.
If you feel stuck in the mud, stop squirming.
If you feel trapped, held down, tied up, relax.

When the road is blocked, do nothing.

The energy of "trying" is the energy of resistance and resistance will tie you tighter, sink you deeper, and unnecessarily expend energy.

Bringing yourself to center is not a New Age concept.
It is an Ancient practice to bend reality, allow life to flow through you and to maintain personal power.

Everything is energy.

Bring your energy back to center, back to ease and stillness.

Here you will find less resistance. Less resistance equals flow.
Flow equals movement.

Here the wall crumbles, the mud dries and the ties dissolve.

Here you become King, knowing the art to rule thyself.

Let me take a moment to remind you that you're leaking valuable energy from your field, your Being, your personal battery juice box.

There is a hole in your aura.
And people in your life have a cup, a bucket, a kiddie pool filling themselves up from your spring.

Why do you allow this? What purpose does this serve?

For starters, you have a low opinion of yourself.

The tag on your sleeve says BARGIN BIN, PEOPLE PLEASING, NO SELF WORTH.

You see, some of you have been raised to believe the more you give, the more you're worth.

You rarely receive.
You never ask for help.
You take less and less whenever possible.

This is a big load of Crayola crapola.
You need to think better about yourself.

You need to clean yourself up.
Mind
Body
Spirit

You are worthy simply BECAUSE YOU EXIST.

Now, cut that low price tag off.
Your worth has no tag.
Your worth is Divine, Cosmic & Miraculous.

Start saying NO -- that doesn't work for me, not today, no thank you -- to the things and people who exhaust you, who drain you, who take you for granted.

Start saying YES -- to your health, your wealth, your personal well-being, your peace of mind.

Put all of your battery juice into what you eat, what you wear, what you consume from your eyes, ears, and in your mind.

Refill your pond with high knowledge, high vibrations, and spiritual upliftment.
Invest in yourself.

Be courageous enough to assume you deserve the best of everything.

Be courageous enough to feel rich on the inside.
