She almost gave up in Month 3.
Because the scale hadn’t moved. Not. One. Pound.
But what she didn’t see yet... her body was doing it anyway.
6.4 lbs of fat gone.
1.8% body fat down.
12.5 inches lost.
Confidence rising.
Muscles building.
Energy better.
Her smile coming back.
And then boom. Month 5. The scale dropped 4 lbs.
Not because she finally did something drastic. But because she didn’t give up. Because she trusted the process. Because she fueled her body. Because she moved with intention and not punishment.
Fast forward to 12 months.
Mahogany is still here. Still showing up. Still consistent.
And now?
Down 20 lbs total.
Down 36 inches total.
7.5 inches off her waist alone.
4 inches off her hips.
Skin that used to break out constantly... now flawless.
Energy that used to be nonexistent... through the roof.
This is what happens when you don’t quit in Month 3.
