Anyone is welcome to join for the whole weekend (June 5-7), or you can just come for the Joy Ride on Sunday, June 7th. It may be 1.5 hours from Knoxville, but we promise you it is SO worth it to explore the trails at Big South Fork and celebrate the trails with our Joy Ride and AMBC community!

Ride with us on International Women's Mountain Bike Day at Outlandish Adventure Festival!! 🚵‍♀️🎉🌎

Celebrate women on bikes, make new friends, and get on the trails with us on Saturday, May 2nd. Meet at 9am at Meads Quarry — get there early to park because it will be busy! We'll plan to watch the Whip Off after the ride, and you can enjoy the rest of the day exploring at Outlandish!

We (kind of accidentally) celebrated International Women’s Day together at our Baker Creek Joy Ride earlier this month — and had the perfect socks for the day. 🧦🌟

It’s so awesome to get outside and ride bikes with a community of superstar women!! Thank you to all who showed up and to all who support AMBC and Joy Ride. We wouldn’t be out here getting more women on bikes without you all!

Daylight Savings is almost here, and we're going to celebrate with a Joy Ride! Join us on March 8th at Baker Creek for beginner rides and post-ride yoga. 🚵‍♀️🧘‍♀️

This is a FREE event, with levels for completely new riders through beginner plus riders. Please register and complete the waiver in our bio by Thursday, March 5th.

Shout out to .roots for hosting our restorative yoga stretch after the ride! If you haven't checked out their space yet, this will be the perfect opportunity.

A little cold weather can’t keep us from riding! 🚲🥶

We had 22 ladies for our Loyston Point Joy Ride, and it was a great time. Thankful for all the ladies that showed up to ride and extra grateful for our volunteer leads and sweeps!
