F3 Helios

The bat signal went out last week.
Our brother—ITG, Subprime—was stepping up to lead his final beatdown for a while before beginning treatment for an incurable cancer. What he didn’t know was what was coming.
Instead of the 8–12 guys he expected, 102 F3 brothers showed up—standing shoulder to shoulder in support of a man who has given so much of himself to others.
That morning was something special. You could feel it in the air—the energy, the unity, the love. It was electric. It was powerful. It was unforgettable.
Because F3 is more than just a workout.
It’s brotherhood. It’s showing up—early, often, and when it matters most. It’s carrying each other when one of us needs it most.
Moments like this are why I set the alarm for 0400.

It was a great morning ITG! A convergence of sorts. MEN traveled to the land of Titans to bid farewell to The Frost Giant. FG delivered a respectable beatdown and we got Stronger Together. F³ is more than a workout!
