Training bat speed and explosive movement with every swing. Different bats. Same intent. Move it fast.
Annallyse Harris getting after one of my favorite timing drills. Front toss with Ball 7 (outside) set up on the tee. If I pump fake, she has to adjust and hammer the ball off the tee.
A great off-speed drill that teaches hitters to get ready early. You can always slow the body down—you can’t speed it up.
