Dear Gymkhana Community,
We are so excited to see everyone this weekend for our Gymkhana! We know how much everyone looks forward to these events, and we can’t wait to enjoy the day together.
Due to the extreme weather conditions expected this weekend, we have made the decision to move the Double Point Show to the Kim Silva Memorial in October. We feel athis is the best decision for the safety and well-being of our riders, families, volunteers, and horses.
While we are disappointed that we won’t be able to hold the Double Point Show this weekend, we are looking forward to making the October event extra special!
With the extreme heat expected this weekend, we will also be doing everything we can to keep the day moving as efficiently as possible. Please be at the gate promptly when your name is called and ready to go. Being prepared and on time will help us get everyone through their events as quickly as possible and minimize the amount of time we are all out in the heat.
Please remember to stay hydrated, look out for one another, and take care of your horses throughout the day.
Thank you all for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support of our Gymkhana community. We can’t wait to see everyone this weekend and have a great day together!

Online pre-registration is open and will close at 11:59 pm on Thursday 9/10. It's going to be hot so we will be starting at exactly 8 am, gates open at 6:30. We will need volunteers to help with arena setting, gate, etc. There will be some fun raffles too!

We are still looking for volunteers for arena setting, announcers, and gatekeepers. If you have a high schooler they can earn community service hours for volunteering!
