🏆 THAT’S A WRAP ON THE INAUGURAL PAPA BEAR CUP! 🐻⛳🇺🇸

What started as a family idea turned into one heck of a golf weekend.

Team Blue captured the inaugural Papa Bear Cup, defeating Team Green 9–8 in a competition that came down to the final afternoon at The Bucks Club.

After Saturday’s Best Ball and Alternate Shot sessions, the Cup was tied 3–3. Sunday morning’s Scramble session ended 2–2, leaving the entire competition deadlocked at 5–5 heading into the final seven Singles matches.

And then it got dramatic.

Team Blue won the afternoon Singles 4–3 to claim the Cup. There were big wins, close matches, two halves, plenty of trash talk, some questionable golf, the final hole played in the dark, and—most importantly—a lot of laughs and memories.

From Five Ponds to The Fairways, Middletown Country Club to The Bucks Club, four courses, two teams and 17 points later, we have our first Papa Bear Cup champion.

A huge thank you to everyone who played, competed, laughed, battled and made the inaugural Papa Bear Cup something we’ll be talking about for a long time.

What a first day!

After six matches across two formats, the Inaugural Papa Bear Cup is tied 3–3 heading into Sunday. Team Blue came out strong in the morning Best Ball, taking two of three matches, but Team Green answered right back in the afternoon, winning the Alternate Shot session 2–1.

This afternoon, the Cup moves to Five Ponds Golf Course for Alternate Shot, where teamwork, strategy and trust become even more important.
