The Ragland Battle.

This class fought the good fight on a tough battle! 1Peter 1:18-19 tells us that Christ redeemed us at the greatest costs ever. The math didn’t add up, but he loved us enough to save us if we only come to him!

6pm humidity didn’t stop these beauties. They came to kill front squat pause progression, also a sustainable battle filled with jump rope, cleans, and presses. They were reminded of their access to perfect navigation Psalm 119:105
