Pilates has supported Gabrielle through so many stages of life. She started a few years ago and quickly loved it as a way to stay fit, de-stress, and socialize. During pregnancy, Pilates helped her stay strong, healthy, and comfortable her changing body. Now, 18 months postpartum and after a C-section, it has been amazing for rebuilding her core, restoring her strength, and helping her body feel balanced again. She loves that every class and private session feels fresh. There are always new challenges, exercises, and areas to focus on, so she is constantly learning and progressing. Gabrielle says the instructors are so knowledgeable and encouraging, and the studio has such a welcoming atmosphere. It is truly the most fun workout she has found—and it is incredibly effective!

Maya‘s last day is tomorrow. She will be missed and we thank her for the time as a staff member here at Pivot Pilates. May her journey find her a great fortune. Maya😉

We are sad to announce that Maya will be moving on to physicians assistant school. Her last day will be this coming July 31. She would love to see all of you for either a private or a class this coming week. We wish her well and success with her future endeavor.
