Saturday
Kendal started her day supporting her sister and her team. Drove an hour to the track! she ran Sr Animal and was struggling to find speed despite the kitchen sink being thrown at it…

If you know you know (skip to bottom), but if you don’t, let me explain how Kendals build effects her driving. Because she is built like a linebacker she was at a disadvantage against kids who weigh less in the same class. (What you should know…QM racing is heavily sanctioned, weight, timing, fuel, tires, etc…) Due to everyone having to be a minimum weight lighter drivers have the ability to place weights where needed. Kendals muscular structure adds weight we cannot place where needed to aid in the way the car handles and reacts.

She ran her fastest, smoothest laps EVER!!!
Due to the minimum weight of this class we were able to move weights where they’d benefit in momentum. She was finally able to feel her car hook up and gained confidence 💟

Test,tune,repeat

Baby girl started alphabet soup today. While she didn’t make it but 1 lap she showed confidence and sportsmanship through adversity.

Some look at this sport and see the money spent those who live this sport see the memories made. Race family is more than blood it’s the late nights, shared exhaustion, pitch in meals, and grab something to drink when you forgot you were thirsty and haven’t sat down all day! Long days even longer nights lessons learned!

Weekend recap:
Kendal made tremendous progress in Sr Animal, racing both Saturday and Sunday. With dedication and perseverance, she's fine-tuning her setup to achieve competitive speed. Sunday's race saw her fastest laps yet, and we couldn't be prouder.
