At Indy Folklore Academy, our roots live in every step, every performance, and every class we share. We are incredibly proud to be an academy 100% led by Latina women who work together to preserve our culture, build community, and create opportunities for the next generation of dancers in Indianapolis. ✨

IFA would be nothing without this group of Latina women who pour so much love, time, and hard work into our academy, often behind the scenes and on top of their own daily responsibilities, to make sure everything runs smoothly. ✨

We’re proud to announce .panaderia.luna.llena will be joining us at our Pilates y Cafecito fundraiser this Saturday at 🧘🏽‍♀️🩷

You will be able to purchase goodies from Luna Llena to go with your complimentary coffee after class. Montse, the owner and founder of Luna Llena, has graciously offered to have all of the proceeds go towards keeping IFA affordable and accessible for all🫂

Indy Folklore Academy te invita a participar en nuestra semana de Folklórico 101 un curso diseñado para quienes desean dar sus primeros pasos en la danza folclórica mexicana.

Durante esta experiencia aprenderás las bases fundamentales, la técnica básica y los conceptos esenciales del folklórico en un ambiente divertido y acogedor.

Esta clase está especialmente diseñada para principiantes y para personas interesadas en formar parte de Indy Folklore Academy. ¡No se requiere experiencia previa, solo ganas de aprender y bailar! 💃
