Today, our 8U & 9U Valley Girls had the chance to design softball journals!

We believe being mentally tough is just as important as being physically tough. That’s why we’re focused on developing the whole player — not just stronger arms, faster feet, and better swings, but confident, resilient athletes who know how to handle the mental side of the game, too.

After each practice, the girls will have a writing prompt to reflect on their practice, their mindset, their goals, and their growth.

Because great players aren’t built in just one part of the game. We’re developing athletes from the inside out.

🩵🥎🩵🥎It was a beautiful evening for Valley Girls Day at Camp Mad Anthony Wayne! Signing day, pin making, 3 on 3 wiffle ball tournament, a cookout, and s’mores. So thankful for all these girls and their families!
