Headed to Howard Payne University next month to continue his student-athlete journey.
As a coach, some of the most rewarding moments aren't the big lifts or the fastest sprint times. They're the moments when an athlete nods their head, smiles, and you know the light bulb just went off. They understand the "why," and you can see their confidence grow in real time.
Jayden has made huge strides in just a matter of weeks. His confidence, strength, and change of direction have all improved, but what we're most proud of is his ability to learn quickly, retain information, and build on each training session without needing constant recaps or refreshers.
At the next level, the difference isn't always who has the most talent. It's who can process information quickly, play fast without overthinking, and perform in a state of flow. Those are the athletes who earn their coaches' trust. When coaches know they can depend on you to execute consistently, your opportunities grow. That's what separates players who simply have talent from players who see the field.
Can't wait to watch you dominate this fall. Proud of you, Jayden! 💪🏈
