Trail’s End is aware of a tap to pay issue that is impacting some Android users at Storefronts today.

The Trail’s End support team has isolated the issue and is working directly with Square to deploy a fix asap.

If you experience this issue you can delete app storage and restart the Trail's End app (this will require you to log back in).

If you need further help please reach out to the Trail’s End support team.

We expect the full fix by later this week and will update with additional information as we can.

Tap to Pay on Android — Temporary Fix | Trail's End Help Center We are aware of an issue that may cause Tap to Pay to temporarily stop working for some Android users, particularly when selling on back-to-back days. We've worked with Square to identify the cause, and a permanent fix is in progress.
