Real results come from changing your habits, not chasing quick fixes. 👊

When Ricardo first joined my coaching program, he wasn’t new to the gym.

Stop turning your RDL into a squat. ❌

One of the biggest mistakes I see is letting the knees travel too far forward, which shifts the focus away from the glutes and hamstrings.

For a better RDL:

âś… Slight bend in the knees
âś… Push your hips back, not your knees forward
âś… Keep your shins nearly vertical
âś… Feel the stretch in your hamstrings
âś… Control the weight on the way down and up

Remember: the RDL is a hip hinge, not a squat.

Master the movement and you’ll get more out of every rep.

Why I Do What I Do.

Growing up, I had one goal: become a professional soccer player.

I dedicated years to the game—playing at the collegiate level, competing at a high level, and chasing a dream that meant everything to me. Along that journey, I discovered another passion: fitness. The gym became more than a place to train. It became a place where I learned discipline, resilience, confidence, and the value of consistent hard work. Eventually, my path changed. While I may no longer be pursuing the dream of playing professionally, I found something even greater—a purpose.

Today, my purpose is to help others achieve their goals.

Whether it’s an athlete striving to earn more playing time, make a higher-level team, or maximize their potential, or someone looking to transform their health, build confidence, and become the best version of themselves—I want to be part of that journey. It’s about the impact we make on others along the way.

My goal is bigger than coaching workouts or designing programs. It’s about empowering people, creating opportunities, building confidence, and leaving a legacy that extends far beyond the field or the gym. If I can help someone accomplish a goal they once thought was impossible, then I’m living out my purpose.

And this is only the beginning.
