This little guy came to me very unsure about the water and needed a little extra time, patience, and encouragement to find his confidence. 💦

And now look at him go! 🥳

At FOUR years old, he’s swimming, rolling back to float, resting and breathing, and then swimming again — independently. 👏🏼

A big shout out to mom and dad for trusting the process, staying consistent, and giving him (and me) the time he needed to get there. 🫶🏼

And for anyone who thinks ISR is just for babies… big kids absolutely learn to SWIM. 🙌🏼

Sometimes the kids who make you work a little harder for their trust have the BEST transformations. 🥺

Fall is actually one of my favorite times to start ISR lessons. Children can learn and build strong survival skills now, then continue practicing with maintenance lessons so they’re confident and ready when next summer rolls around.

The families who feel the most prepared next summer are often the ones who started in the fall.
