Heading into its tenth year after a 2-year hiatus, the Portland Bridge Swim is a marathon swimming race through the heart of Portland, Oregon. Part nature experience, part sight-seeing tour and all physical & mental challenge. The swim is open to solo swimmers and 3-person relay teams. Proceeds benefit Willamette Riverkeeper. Event Info ~ Portland Bridge Swim An epic ultra-marathon open water swim event held in Portland, OR. The event is just over 11 miles, passing under 12 bridges, and swimmers get to experience the ebb and flow the tidal Willamette River.
