✨ MEET THE TEAM: JANE ✨
Jane’s Wicked Core story came full circle.
She started exactly where many of our clients start — as a Wicked Core member. When her husband’s job took their family to Qatar, she became Lagree trained and certified, and discovered her passion for teaching.
When they returned to Texas, there was no question where she wanted to continue instructing. Coming back to her home studio and the community she already loved made joining the Wicked Core team an easy choice.
FUN FACTS: Jane is a professional geoscientist, has a twin brother, and despite living in Texas for over 20 years, she still refuses to say “y’all.” 🤠 {What do you think, did she make her attempt at it sound natural?}

Today, we’re breaking down the cues that help you find a stronger, more stable, and more supportive core while in a supine position (lying on your back).
It’s not just about squeezing your abs. Learning how to connect your breath, pelvis, and deep core muscles can improve stability, support your spine, and make every movement more effective.

✨ 2,000 Classes Stronger ✨
Today, Kirsten completed her 2,000th Wicked Core class, and we want to take a moment to celebrate this incredible milestone.
While 2,000 classes is an impressive number, what it really represents is years of showing up for herself. Years of prioritizing her health, investing in her strength, and staying committed to the process—even on the days it would have been easier not to.
It also represents something else we’re incredibly grateful for: her loyalty to Wicked Core. Through the years, Kirsten has been a valued part of our community, and we have loved watching her grow stronger with every class.
Kirsten, thank you for trusting us with your fitness journey, for bringing your positivity into the studio, and for proving that consistency truly adds up.

✨ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: SUSAN ✨
When Wicked Core opened its doors in 2016, Susan originally used Lagree as a supplement to her running routine.
But somewhere along the way, Wicked Core became so much more than that.
Over the last 10 years, Susan has made Lagree her primary workout — a consistent source of strength, confidence, and wellness. In fact, these days we sometimes have to remind her to take a rest day. 😉
Like many of us, Susan has faced challenges along the way. Due to genetic arthritis, she has undergone multiple wrist surgeries over the years.
Through each recovery, she leaned on the adaptability of the Lagree method, thoughtful modifications, and support from our team to continue moving safely.
Not only did that help her maintain strength physically, but it also provided the mental and emotional benefits she needed during those seasons of recovery.
If you’ve taken class with Susan, you know she’s one of the first people to welcome a new client, offer encouragement, or share a friendly conversation before class. Her kindness, positivity, and dedication make our community stronger.

When working at the back of the Megaformer, effective transitions matter! Learning the most efficient way to move between exercises with a spring load change keeps things smoother, safer, and helps you stay connected to the exercise.
