Most people fly through this movement and wonder why they’re not growing. Slow it down… embrace the suck. Squeeze at the top, control the negative, get a full stretch at the bottom, then drive back up. No momentum, no swinging.

Just tension where it counts.

Your muscles grow from control, not speed. (A man has to have control 🤣🤣)

So into my Personal life, First vlog, and it ain’t about the gym…go figure

Came home early to get these two out the door for the first day. My daughter had it together, my youngest didn’t. Boy cried the whole car ride and almost had me caught up too(not really but..cute). Wiped his face, told him he got this, watched him walk in anyway crying and come back in joy. 💪🏿

I don’t have a clean answer. Some days the gym is where I process it. Not to escape, but to just move through it.
The weight doesn’t fix anything, but it gives me somewhere to put it.
