The longer I train people, the more I realize my strength isn’t creating the hardest workouts.
It’s making fitness feel doable.
For the mom who’s exhausted.
The woman who hasn’t worked out in years.
The person who feels intimidated walking into a gym.
The client who has limitations, a crazy schedule, or just needs someone to meet them where they are.
I’ve spent 11 years teaching people that you don’t have to do everything perfectly to make progress.
And maybe it’s taken me this long to realize that’s actually what I do best.
FundamentallyFit was never supposed to be about doing more. It was about doing the fundamentals well, consistently, and building from there.
Funny how after all these years, I’m realizing the name still fits exactly what I believe. 🥺

I wanted to let you know that I’ll be making a small adjustment to my session rates.
Beginning with your next package purchase, session prices will increase by $5 per session.
This wasn’t a decision I made lightly, but as my schedule has filled up and my business has continued to grow, it’s time for me to make a small adjustment to my pricing.
I want to sincerely thank each of you for your support—especially throughout my maternity leave and my transition back to work. Your loyalty means more than you know, and I’m grateful to be part of your health and fitness journey.
