Everyone is worried about how fast they’re getting there.
Not enough people are asking if they’re even headed in the right direction.
For the athlete, it’s easy to chase rankings, offers, stats and somebody else’s timeline.
For the creator, it’s followers, views, access, gear and wondering why someone else got the opportunity first.
But speed without direction just gets you to the wrong place faster.
Find your direction.
Build your style.
Do the work.
Then give yourself permission to take as long as it takes.
Because being behind only matters when you’re trying to reach someone else’s destination.
🧭 Direction > Speed.

Dreams are cheap. The work is expensive.
Everybody wants the game-winning moment.
The packed stadium.
The viral reel.
The sideline credential.
The recognition.
But nobody sees the 6AM workouts.
The empty gyms.
The late-night edits.
The footage that never gets posted.
The shots you missed before you learned how to capture the ones that matter.
Whether you’re playing the game or documenting it, the rule is the same:
Don’t downgrade the dream because the work got harder.
Upgrade the work until it matches the dream.
Talent might get you noticed.
Consistency makes you undeniable.
Keep shooting. Keep training. Keep creating.
You’re probably closer than it feels.

Study more. Shoot more. Miss shots. Make bad edits. Try strange ideas. Learn why they didn’t work. Then create again.
Because the creator obsessed with proving something is watching everyone else.
The creator obsessed with improving is watching the work.
And eventually…
you won’t have to tell anyone how good you’ve become.
They’ll see it.
Focus on improving, not proving.
