⚾️ That’s a wrap on our 12U Texas Javelinas season! ⚾️
What an unforgettable year it has been.
We finished the season with an overall record of 38-19-2, but our success goes far beyond wins and losses.
The season started with us competing at the AAA level, where this group caught fire, winning five consecutive tournament championships before earning a promotion to the Perfect Game Majors Division. We knew the competition would be tougher, but these boys embraced the challenge and proved they belonged, finishing 11-11-2 against some of the best 12U teams in the country.
Our journey came to an end this past weekend at Cooperstown All Star Village, where every young baseball player dreams of playing. Things didn’t start the way we had hoped as we dropped our first three games, but this team showed exactly who they are. They responded by winning five straight games, battling their way to the Cooper Bracket Quarterfinals, where our incredible season finally came to an end.
While we’re proud of what these boys accomplished on the field, we’re even more proud of the young men they have become. They learned how to compete, overcome adversity, trust one another, and never stop fighting. Those lessons will last far longer than any championship trophy.
Cooperstown was so much more than baseball. It was a week of lifelong memories, friendships, laughs, and experiences that our players, coaches, and families will never forget.
To our players—thank you for your hard work, commitment, and the pride you showed every time you put on a Texas Javelinas jersey.
To our parents and families—thank you for every practice, every road trip, every hotel stay, every early morning, and every sacrifice you made to give these boys an opportunity to chase their dreams. Your support is the foundation of everything we’ve accomplished.
To our coaching staff—thank you for your countless hours, dedication, and passion for helping these boys grow as players and young men.
This season may be over, but our journey together isn’t. We can’t wait to get back to work this fall as we begin our next chapter together at 13U.
Thank you to everyone who supported the Texas Javelinas throughout this incredible season. We’ll see you back on the field soon.
