I haven't shared much post show...
And I love sharing things once I learn the lesson, but I am still IN THE LEARNING part of what this looks like.
Leading into the show it was so locked in, head down, nothing could get into my way of my goals... and the boundaries were DRAWN.
Then there was post show weirdness.
This weird mental game of what's next.
Changes that are happening that aren't so focused on the stage and as I have put weight back on and sitting around 120 it's still a weird feeling to go from clothes falling off to then clothes fitting a little tight again. My body naturally added the fat back to my hips which is how I am designed.
As a coach I am constantly coaching others to let go of the scale relationship, while also I went MONTHS having to somewhat focus on it. So now having to find my balance again around other wins and other focus plans to what is my next goal.
I have enjoyed ice cream with my kids, and a home burger bowl a few times and my chips n salsa.
So while my eating routine still consists of the same foods and prep foods.
I just want you to know it's okay to go through a little figuring it back out stages before you get clear on your next steps. I'm thankful my coach this last week pulled that out of me and was noticing what I needed before I could really articulate it all in words.
We're going to build more and just focus on my lifting next 6 months then re evaluate where I am and when the RIGHT time is for the next show. I have other focuses right now and the stage isn't the primary that I want to do in this moment... I have some big business goals for the end of the year, while also knowing homeschool is about to be in full routine again.
So focusing on the goals in a different way is OKAY.
