We’ve been working hard behind the scenes, and I’m excited to finally start sharing a few sneak peeks from our upcoming Ingenious Living Stock Plan Catalog.

We’re rolling out a growing collection of thoughtfully designed, ready-to-build home plans created with investors, developers, builders, and future homeowners in mind.

The goal is simple: save time, reduce design costs, and make it easier to get your next project moving.

Our catalog will include a variety of plans for development projects, investment properties, starter homes, and more, with options to make modifications and revisions when needed.

This has been a lot of work in the making, and I’m excited about what we’re getting ready to release.

Another look at one of our favorite custom homes in Bellaire! 🏡✨

We’re excited to share a few updated renderings of this incredible custom residence. This project challenged our team in all the right ways, requiring creative solutions to balance site constraints, city requirements, and our client’s vision without compromising the design.

Every detail has been carefully considered, and we’re incredibly proud of how this home has come together.

We can’t wait to see construction begin and watch these renderings become reality. Stay tuned as we share the journey from concept to completion!

This custom transitional home is wrapping up the permitting process and will soon be heading into construction. Featuring clean architectural lines, timeless materials, and thoughtfully designed living spaces, this home strikes the perfect balance between classic elegance and modern simplicity.

We’re incredibly excited for this family as they begin bringing their vision to life, and we can’t wait to share the construction journey from groundbreaking to completion.

Join AIA Houston Emerging Professionals for the upcoming virtual information session on Thursday, June 11 at 12:00 PM via Zoom to learn more about the 2026–2027 CKLDP class, application process, program structure, and leadership development opportunities available through the year-long program.

The Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program brings together a competitively selected class of emerging professionals for nine half-day sessions focused on entrepreneurship, firm management, negotiation, client development, community leadership, and the future of architectural practice.

Applications for the 2026–2027 class close Monday, June 29.

Working through a few different elevation concepts for this custom single-family home project. Exploring various massing strategies, roof forms, and material palettes to see how each approach shapes the overall character of the design.

It’s always exciting to study multiple directions early in the process and watch the vision take shape. Looking forward to seeing this one move from concept to construction and eventually become a reality. Can’t wait to see it get built.
