Last Monday we had our show up with some electrolytes to share after our run.

Life unfolds across many places and times. We are all on different paths, in different places in our lives, and have different goals. Seasons change; people change…but each place and moment leaves its own imprint on our journey. Although we don’t see you every Monday, we still notice when you’re gone. It’s been 5 years we’ve run side by side, around Memorial park and its trails. We have been through many miles together and apart, near and far. We are not just another run club we are a team, a family. Running together builds trust, boost’s motivation, and strengthens camaraderie. We encourage everyone to push their limits while supporting one another towards shared goals. We thank you for sticking with us.
