WOW! Can you believe it?! 🥳
For six whole months I’ve been a trainee - A heart opened, mind challenged, wildly learning, SPONGE.
And now
I am a heart led, joy filled, awe struck LIFE COACH 😍💕❣️💝

I am beyond honoured to have trained with the incredible and alongside a magical group of trainees.

Why body confidence and weight loss are like oil and water - they really don’t mix 🛢💧🙈
We’ve learnt and internalised the idea that losing weight will give us body confidence…
