🤼 Attention all K-6 wrestlers, new and experienced, wrestling season is right around the corner!

HFL Youth Wrestling’s first practice will be the week of November 16. We’re excited to get back on the mats as the back-to-back-to-back and five-time defending Greater Rochester Youth Wrestling League (GRYWL)Champions! 🏆🏆🏆

Whether your wrestler is returning or stepping onto the mat for the first time, we’d love to have them join us for another season of hard work, growth and fun.

As we wrap up another great HFL Youth Wrestling offseason, we want to recognize every wrestler who made the choice to keep showing up, working hard, and getting better.

Offseason improvement isn’t easy. It takes discipline, commitment, and the willingness to put in work when no one is keeping score. Every practice, every drill, and every tough workout is an investment that will pay off when the season begins.

A huge thank you goes out to Coach Zach, Coach Matt, and Coach Banker for sharing their knowledge and helping our wrestlers continue to grow both on and off the mat. We are incredibly fortunate to have coaches who are so dedicated to our athletes, our program and to the sport of wrestling.

To all of our wrestlers: be proud of what you’ve accomplished this offseason. Keep building on the habits you’ve created, enjoy the rest of your summer, and come back ready to compete.

The work you put in today creates the results you’ll see tomorrow.

Parents: If you have NOT paid in advance for our off season practice sessions please make sure you are remitting the drop-in fee EACH practice via Venmo . The cost is $10 per practice for HFL wrestlers ($15 for non-HFL wrestlers). The money goes toward paying Coach Zach and Coach Matt.
