We’re rounding up some awesome big trucks, cool vehicles, and community friends for kiddos (and let’s be honest… adults too 😉) to check out up close! Climb up, look around, meet the people behind the wheel, and enjoy a fun evening with Parks & Rec!

🎃 HIBBING’S HALLOWEEN 5K IS BACK! 👻🏃‍♀️
Lace up your running shoes, grab your best costume, and join us for the 5th Annual Hibbing Halloween 5K & Kids Fun Run! 🧡🖤
📅 Saturday, October 31st
🎟️ Registration opens at 8:30 AM (Please register prior to arrival)
🏃 5K Run/Walk begins at 10:00 AM
🍬 Kids Fun Run begins at 11:00 AM
Come dressed to impress because costumes are HIGHLY encouraged — solo, family, and group themes are all welcome! We’ll have prizes for costumes AND our overall race winners!
And we can’t forget our littlest runners! After the 5K, kiddos ages 1–12 will hit the course for their own Fun Run, collecting candy along the way! 🍭🍫

Summer is winding down, which means it’s almost time to say goodbye to the Bennett Park Splash Pad for the season! 🌊

The splash pad will officially close for the season on Sunday, August 30th — so soak up these last few days of sunshine, splashing, and summer fun while you can! 💙

🚨 ROLLER SKATING UPDATE! 🛼✨

We’ve added a Special Needs Skate from 4–5 PM on October 8th, right before our general Open Skate from 5–7 PM! 💛

This dedicated hour will offer a lower-crowd skating environment for individuals with disabilities and special needs to enjoy the rink at their own pace.

Grab your friends, lace up those skates, and come roll with us! We’re bringing back Open Skate with lights, music, concessions, and plenty of fun! 🎶🪩
