, YMCA and Recreation Centers, Mom's groups, Play groups, and Community Centers. We bring the fun to the center, with exercise equipment and our own curriculum. Our trained and certified Youth Fitness Coaching Staff are enthusiastic, energetic and educated professionals with lots of experience and a love for children. Instructors are certified Youth Fitness Specialists and certified in CPR and First Aid as well as TB tested and background checked. We offer many programs for children to experience for themselves what they enjoy most. All classes are conducted on site at child-care facilities, during school hours. This fabulously fun fitness program for toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-age children provides developmentally-appropriate, gross-motor fitness activities as well as education in health and nutrition. With weekly emphasis on exercise and good food choices, our extensive curriculum covers virtually every wellness issue including hygiene, self-esteem, and safety. This is to create life long healthy habits at an early age. Classes are provided on-sight at childcare centers, home daycares, preschools, after-school programs, and mom's groups.
