📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

From all of us at MSRC, we couldn’t be more thankful for both the consistent and new faces that show up each Wednesday for our group walk/runs. It has been especially exciting the past couple of weeks seeing folks from across Hamilton, as we join together with 17STRONG for the ‘Hamilton Moves’ initiative!

While we would love to host this Wednesday, September 30th, we will be attending the ‘State of the City’ address with leaders from the City of Hamilton.

As a small business, attending this event is important for us to learn just how much Hamilton has accomplished in the last year, while learning about the new and exciting things coming in the next couple of years.

We will see you all again in OCTOBER!

We hear it regularly - both in store and out and about when we see people around town.

While our store name does use the word ‘running’, this shouldn’t be a limiting factor in your decision to find a good shoe. Through our comprehensive fit process, we can gather a full 3D profile image of your foot. From there we take other factors into consideration such as previous/current injuries or ailments, stability issues, etc. and we provide best recommendations.

You’d be amazed at some of the stories where we have helped multiple people get into ‘the best pair of shoes they have ever worn’ despite not being a ‘runner’.

A big component to training and preparing for a race is understanding how to properly fuel your body. Join us this Wednesday, along with 17STRONG-Hamilton at 5:45pm.

As part of our ‘Hamilton Moves’ program, we will have one of our nutrition partners, UCAN, here to sample various nutrition products.
