This weekend, we had the privilege of presenting the 2026 SAIL Senior Swimmer Scholarship Awards to Anna Kate Barr (Devenger) and Wolf Benjamin (McCarter)!

A special thank you to Big Air Greenville for their generous support of our scholarship program and their investment in our swimmers' futures.

Anna Kate and Wolf rose to the top of one of the strongest applicant pools we've ever had. We are proud to award each of them a $1,000 scholarship as they begin this exciting next chapter.

Anna Kate will continue her swimming career at Washington and Lee University.
Wolf will attend Coastal Carolina University.

Congratulations to both of these outstanding student-athletes! We can't wait to see all you'll accomplish, and we're proud to have you representing SAIL both in and out of the pool.

As we wrap up our series on the Spirit of SAIL, we are diving to what the Spirit looks like in the real world! We wouldn’t be as great without every one of you, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to steer this amazingly great league. So get out there, live the Spirit, and have so much fun- because that’s what this whole thing is all about.

We’ve tackled what the Spirit of SAIL means for those on deck and in the pool, but we are part of a bigger picture in Greenville County. Our goal is to build community and connection through collaboration.

Coaches, our fearless leaders on deck. Whether it’s introducing 8us into the SAIL world or coaching our graduating seniors for the divisional free relay- every day is an opportunity to live the Spirit of SAIL. Get out there, get hyped, and run the deck with the Spirit.

As the 5th largest swim league in the country- and being 100% volunteer run- we aren’t exaggerating when we say, “We can’t do it without you.” We love seeing you in the tents, at the grill or on deck. All of these are great places to live and spread the Spirit of SAIL.

Happy 250 years of America and 62 years of SAIL!

It’s out of the pool, and in to the carpool. Parents- today focuses on what you can do to help live the Spirit of SAIL, so when you strap on your f***y pack and head to the pool you are prepared to be your best on deck.

Swimmers, Today is all about you! You’re the center of our league- and the center of the Spirit of SAIL. That means each one of you has the ability (and responsibility) to model positivity, excitement, and sportsmanship to your teammates, competitors—and even your parents when they need a reminder.

What is “The Spirit of SAIL?” We’re here to tell you that it’s positive, collaborative, and super fun. Follow along to learn what represents the spirit and how you can live it out every day! It doesn’t matter if you’re a swimmer or coach, a volunteer or community member- we all play our part in making this league great and impacting well over 5,000 youth summers this year alone!
