What an incredible past week with SWGHS at our ChoZen Camp! We spent the last three days building pyramids, sharpening stunt technique, learning choreography, cleaning cheers, improving performance quality, and focusing on the little details that make a big difference.

Growth doesn’t happen overnight—it happens one rep, one correction, and one breakthrough at a time. We are so proud of the work these athletes put in and the commitment they showed every single day.

ChoZen had the opportunity to take a step away from stunting and pour into a male SNS private lesson focused on the basics, male presence, technique cleaning, and matching energy with their female counterparts.

Saturday, ChoZen did 7-hour camp that was packed with drills, strength building, foundation work, and stunting — but most importantly, we learned the art of storytelling through stunts. From start to finish, these athletes showed up ready to work, grow, and build something special.

ChoZen is beyond proud to have completed an incredible 3-day camp with the Golden Bulls of E.E. Smith High School! From day one, these athletes showed up disciplined, open-minded, determined, and ready to work. Their energy made this camp fun, focused, and full of growth.

When Head Coach Felder first contacted us, we knew this was a moment for our small but mighty ChoZen staff to truly show why programs can trust us. From personalized athletic strength and body-building sessions, to detailed daily itineraries with intentional themes, to stunt sequencing, transitions, and skill development — every part of this camp was built with purpose.

We are especially proud to leave the coaching staff with special ChoZen resources, so the work can continue long after we leave the gym.

Flashback to 2024 when ChoZen Athletix had the honor of hosting a stunting and building clinic with the NFL—Carolina Panthers TopCats 🐾💙. From youth teams to college squads and even an NFL partnership, our passion for cheer performance knows no limits.

While the Panthers TopCats aren’t part of this year’s Super Bowl LX conversation, we’re celebrating that connection and how far we’ve come supporting athletes in cheerleading at every level — from grassroots to the pros.
