We have scheduled our next series of Powerful Tools for Caregivers Class. This is a six-week virtual series, will meet on Thursdays, starting on July 23, from 3:00-4:30pm in the comfort of your own home. Topics will include reducing stress, better communicating your feelings, and increasing your ability to make tough decisions along with making weekly action plans. Caregivers rarely take time to take care of themselves. This class helps you identify tools to help empower you to take care of you so you can be a better caregiver.
