Tonight's class at Acres of Joy, was really beautiful. The setting sun, the light breeze, the trees and sweet animals. My favorite part was the "moo" in the distance right before savasana. Absolutely perfect! Thank you to those who came out! Watch for our next class in Sept!

HOLY S**T! 21 years of teaching yoga! What an amazing journey this has been. From the very beginning in AZ, to the 20+classes a week in CO, to now coming back home to WI and to exploring retreats and adventures all over the place. I'm SO grateful to all the people I've met along the way and those who have continued to support me. THANK YOU!
