I'm not sure any language has the right words for this past week. Alaska has exceeded my expectations in so many ways! This group was absolutely fantastic and my heart and soul feel so full. For my first retreat here, I dont think Id change a dang thing! This was absolutely perfect! I'll create an album later but here's a few awesome pics of Alaska Retreat 2026. What is one thing you are excited about or looking forward to this June?

In 1 week I'll be on my way to Alaska! And although I've lead 25 retreats, 4 being international, this will be my first time hosting an Alaskan retreat. I feel beyond grateful and I'm also proud of myself for so many reasons. I've done everything I can so far in my power to make this an amazing adventure for those joining me. I am so excited! Time to get outside to go within!

I'm working very hard on allowing myself to be soft. Is not easy. It's messy and very uncomfortable, but damn, wearing armor all the time is exhausting and heavy. I'm over it! If you've known me long enough, you may recognize that Instead of standing fully ready with my shield at all times, I've placed it on my back. Yes, It's still there. I'm always ready to fight but, there's times when I can relax, just a little, and that feels like growth.

I can't believe we leave in 1 month to host our first retreat in Alaska!
