Barry Forst is a certified Limalama instructor, and one of only a handful of instructors worldwide certified to do so. With more than 25 years experience and a current rank of 2nd degree Black belt, Barry has trained with some of the most formidable martial arts masters in the world and was originally taught by Tom Hermes at a very young age. He actively trains students of all levels today and is a well-known instructor within the arts.
