That’s the trap. 🪤 When your identity is tied to the outcome, your brain treats a loss like a threat to your existence. And everything falls apart. Your legs get heavy. You stop pulling the trigger 🎯 You cling to tie-ups. You play it safe. You freeze. And you lose the exact match you were desperately trying not to lose.
