From NOW through Monday, September 21, 2026, you can help us create a jersey that means so much more than softball.

For a $25 donation, you can add the name of someone who has fought breast cancer, is currently fighting, survived the fight, or gained their angel wings. 🩷

Their NAME WILL BE PRINTED DIRECTLY ON OUR SPECIAL BELLE PEPPERS JERSEYS!

Banana Peppers Baseball — Coaches Wanted for 2027!

Banana Peppers Baseball 10U is looking for coaches for the Spring/Summer 2027 season!

This will be a new 10U team, but we’re not starting completely from scratch. We already have a small core of players who will spend the Fall 2026 season playing up with our 11U team, giving them additional development and game experience before the new 10U team launches.

Head Coach & Assistant Coaches Needed

Head Coach: Travel baseball coaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory. More important is finding someone who can teach the game, communicate effectively with young players and families, hold players accountable, and share our development-first philosophy.

Assistant Coaches: Are you a recent high school or college graduate with playing experience who has thought about getting into coaching? We want to hear from you. This is an opportunity to learn how to coach, work with young players, gain coaching experience, and grow alongside our organization. We are looking for multiple assistant coaches.

BP Athletics Carolinas is a growing youth sports organization focused on creating a structured, development-driven environment for young athletes throughout the Carolinas.

Banana Peppers Baseball is our baseball program, and our philosophy is simple:

Banana Peppers 14u out of Gastonia, NC is in need of a last minute fill in for this weekend Sept 12/13 tournament. This will be a Top Gun tournament. Please reach out if you have an athlete looking to get some reps this weekend.
