Almost exactly 4 years between these photos! On left I was 22 and weighed 173lbs. On the right 26 and I weighed 187lbs.
What people will see are the visual improvements from being an amateur to becoming a pro. But the good habits created and the personal development between these photos is what I’m most proud of.
Bodybuilding creates a lot of discipline and structure which can carry into other areas of your life. I will always stand by the quote of “how you do anything, is how you do everything”.
In a contest prep you’re willing to do whatever is needed to be stage lean. If you apply that same mentality to other areas of your life you’ll achieve incredible things.
That’s what I did, and it’s set me up for success in every area of my life. I’m far from perfect, but I believe having the right positive mindset, and outlook is the greatest skillset someone can develop for themselves! Once you make that shift, everything changes.

Here’s all of my current meals and they add up for a total of 3,687 calories on my training days right now as I’m week 3 of this growth phase.
Appetite is starting to ramp up again and my pumps have been absolutely awesome. Strength is still continuing to climb and my sleep has been the best it’s ever been in an offseason. On my rest days my food is slightly lower and currently I am allowed 1 free meal of choice per week.
