There’s no one-size-fits-all athlete.
Every athlete has different strengths, different areas to work on, and different demands depending on their sport.
That’s why I pay close attention to mechanics. Small changes in positioning and form can help an athlete understand how they’re moving and what they need to work on.
And it’s not just about looking better when you run. The goal is to take those mechanics and connect them to what the athlete actually needs on the field, track, or court.
Good technique starts with good coaching.
If your athlete is ready to work on their speed, mechanics, and confidence, send me a DM and let’s talk.

Hearing things like this from the parents I work with means a lot.
I take a lot of pride in being able to coach and teach athletes, but also in getting to know them, understand their goals, and help them work toward what they want to achieve.
Every athlete is different. Some need more work on their mechanics, some need to build confidence, and some just need someone to challenge them and keep them focused.
My job is to meet them where they are, give them the right coaching, and help them keep improving.
Thank you to every family who has trusted me with their athlete. I don’t take that trust lightly.

What does your athlete actually need to work on?
It might be speed. It might be their running form. Maybe they need better footwork and change of direction. Or maybe strength, power, or speed endurance needs to be part of the picture.
That’s why I don’t believe every athlete should walk into training and do the exact same thing.
We look at where they are, what they’re working toward, and what areas need attention — then we build from there.
Whether they’re playing football, running track, playing soccer, or stepping onto a baseball field, the goal is to help them become a better athlete for their sport.
If you’re wondering what your athlete should be working on, send me a DM. Let’s talk about it.
Every athlete walks through the door with a different starting point.
Some athletes already have great running form. Some need to work on their mechanics. Some pick up a coaching cue right away, while others need a little more time to put it into action.
And that’s exactly why the first evaluation matters.
I’m looking at work ethic, running form, and how well an athlete can take a coaching cue and apply it.
Because before I can build a plan for an athlete, I need to understand the athlete in front of me.
What do they already do well?
Where do they need more work?
How do they respond to coaching?
And what can we build from there?
Every athlete is unique, and I want their training to reflect that.
If your athlete is ready to work, learn, and get faster, send me a DM or head to the link in my bio to get started.

This year is already full of changes to my coaching staff and athletes of course. Changes are in effect to build a team that is focused on the core values and being a better individual.
Man what an eventful 3 days here in Austin with some of our XC athletes. I want to personally thank our XC captains from this past year Aleric Pollard & Izel Godinez for coming this year and showing me the locations of the hills Coach Will took them too last year.
He had a famous saying "HILLS PAYS THE BILLS!!" and I am confident the athletes who came this year will be ready to face any challenging hill we face in a race with confidence.
Also, parents and athletes we need those physicals and online rankone forms completed on time before the school year begins so we can start practicing on time.
Let the coaches know if you have any questions.
