I am Jerral Brown Jr, 23 years of age and I am a certified personal trainer specializing in speed and agility. I played football, basketball, and ran track. During my high school career I earned four verbal offers to D1 colleges. I chose to play for Avila University and I was a 2 year starter. Now I have shifted my attention to new and upcoming athletes and to guide my clients to their weight loss
