For the past five years, Jason Preis has been the craftsman behind the Dennis Roth Classic trophy, creating a one-of-a-kind piece each year that carries a special connection to the Roth family and its history.
When the event first needed a trophy, Jason already had a unique design in mind. The inaugural Dennis Roth Classic trophy incorporated a piece from an original animal raised by Roth Enterprises and processed through their cattle harvesting operation, giving the trophy a meaningful connection to the Roth legacy.
Each trophy is crafted from polished stainless steel, precision laser-engraved and carefully mounted to create a distinctive piece worthy of one of the biggest nights of the year.
Five years later, Jason continues the tradition, designing and building a trophy that is about much more than winning a race — it represents the history, craftsmanship and legacy behind the Dennis Roth Classic.
