We had comfortable temps and sunshine on our group run. Whether folks were using it as a shakeout run for the Downtown Mile tonight or needed some mileage, we had a fantastic time!

We have a busy Saturday planned tomorrow!

First, we have our 8:00 am group run across from Hyperion Espresso downtown. We have a 3 or 6 mile route we would be happy to show you.

Later in the evening we have the Downtown Mile. We have an ask for this race*** Our lead cyclist unfortunately got injured so we need a lead as well as a walking caboose. If you can help with either of these roles, please email:

The Downtown Mile for CASA is this Saturday!

Packet Pickup: Friday, Sept. 18th from 4:00-6:00 pm @ River Rock Outfitters, 1382 Carl D. Silver Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

Race Day Registration and packet pickup will be held from 3:30 - 4:45 p.m. on Saturday. Register on your smartphone or tablet at the event.
