Happy Fourth of July to all of our clients and community!
Fast. Physical. Relentless.
This week we welcome Jackson Haller to the Hawg Spotlight.
Jackson is a 6’3”, 310 pound offensive lineman in the class of 2027 out of Linganore High School, home to the reigning 2025 MPSSAA Class 3A state champions. Linganore capped off an undefeated 13-0 season with a dominant win in the state championship game, and Jackson’s work has been a big part of that success.
In the weight room, Jackson has put up a 575lb hex bar squat for 3 reps, showing the kind of power and explosiveness that translates directly to the trenches on Friday nights.
Keep grinding, Jackson. The Hawg family is proud to have you.

Bears’ Feliz commits to Pennsylvania At some point, Oakdale High's Joe Feliz would like to exert his intelligence and influence in the business world.
This week we welcome Tracy Moore to the Spotlight.
Tracy is an offensive lineman for Gaithersburg High School, Class of 2027, who also competes in shot put. Standing at six foot four, Tracy trains at Hawg Performance and Breen Strength to build strength and explosiveness for the trenches.
Since joining, Tracy has seen real growth in pass blocking and run blocking, crediting consistent leg work for the improvement on the field. The bench numbers have climbed too, and the gains are showing up in every phase of his game, all while building a stronger foundation for college recruiting.
Beyond the physical progress, Tracy points to the coaching and support as a major part of the experience, always available and quick to respond, whether by text or in person.
Tracy’s advice to other athletes, in any sport, is simple. Focus on yourself and stop comparing your journey to everyone else’s.
Keep grinding, Tracy. We are proud to have you in the Hawg family.
