At Raise the Barre, our mission goes far beyond teaching dance steps. We're here to encourage, inspire, and build confidence from the inside out. Dance is simply the vehicle we use to help children grow in character, courage, creativity, and community.

Behind every RTB event is a little crew of staff kids building friendships, dreaming up adventures, and letting their imaginations run wild while their moms work behind the scenes creating magic for everyone else. ✨

There is something so special about watching a child walk into their first class holding your hand, feeling a little nervous and unsure ➡️ then seeing them grow into a confident, courageous dancer who can't wait to step into the studio on their own each week 💫

Watching our dancers grow in confidence and independence is one of the greatest joys of what we do. While it's bittersweet to see how quickly they grow up, we're honored to be a small part of their journey ✨
