After class on Monday, July 20, we’re hosting a Baby Sprinkle honoring Molly, who is expecting a baby girl, and Maritzia, who is expecting a baby boy! 💕
We’ll gather after class for light refreshments as we shower these amazing mamas with love and celebrate this exciting season.
Gifts are absolutely not required—your presence is the greatest gift! Come celebrate, connect, and help us shower Molly and Maritzia with lots of love before they welcome their newest little ones.

📚✨ We’re so excited to launch FIT4MOM Fort Worth Book Club!
Join us on Sunday, July 26, from 5:00–7:00 PM at Salute Wine Bar for an evening of great conversation, connection, and our first book discussion.
Our August pick is Just for the Summer by Abby Jimenez! We’ve partnered with Scout Bookshop so you can support a local small business while getting your copy. Order through the link in our bio by July 19 to have your book in time for our first meetup.
Already own the book or purchasing it somewhere else? We’d still love for you to join us! You can use our Scout Bookshop link to purchase the $10 bookmark decorating activity and enjoy a fun creative touch during the evening.
